Feedback and Complaints

Community Lifestyles Agency Inc is committed to ensuring that feedback and complaints received by the Organisation are managed in such a way that will allow for complaints to be resolved in a timely manner, as well as taking action for continuous improvement when complaints or feedback are received. 

 We welcome your feedback and would like you to know how you can get in touch with us!  You can send us your feedback by emailing feedback@comlife.com.au.

 If you would like to make a complaint about the supports and services we provide, you can do so by submitting a Complaint Form. Click Here to access our online form.   You can either complete this form anonymously or provide your details so that we can get in touch with you to discuss your concerns.
