Accomodation Supports IS AWESOME

Accommodation Support options include providing staff to assist people to live in your own home.

This could be your family home or an individual’s home.  Areas of support could include assistance with personal care, day to day management of their home, cooking, budgeting, anything that is aligned with your goals!
 
Accommodation Support can be in your home, a Department of Housing house, private rental, own home or one of ours! We manage many SILS, an SDA arrangement and transition living units, independent living arrangements and more! 
 
SILS VACANCIES AVAILABLE NOW!
 
  1. Maryborough SILS, 1:2 16 hours a day plus sleepover, 4 bed room (2 bedrooms each tenant), fully fenced, mixed staff team rent $185 per week
  2. Maryborough not SILS, near CBD, 3 bedroom house, one tenant supported 11hours per day, male, mixed staff team, rent $170 per week per person, own bathroom, new build, 80% accessibility rating
  3. Maryborough vacant and available, new build 80% accessibility rating, 4 bed 3 bathroom house, mixed staff team, no present tenants, total household rent $400 divided by each tenant whom moves in. eg 2 move in, $200 each, 4 move in $100 each...

Community Lifestyles Agency provides a range of flexible and responsive support services to assist at home and in your local community.

Accommodation Support

CLA can assist you to use your Disability Services Individual funding or NDIS Funding allocation, self-directed or private funding to tailor an at home support service to meet your needs.

This service can be provided on a regularly rostered or drop in basis. Your staff can assist with meal preparation, household tasks, personal hygiene and care, shopping, attending appointments and household management.

CLA will assist you to select a team of support workers that you feel comfortable and confident with and will ensure on-going appropriate training and support.

An after-hours on call support is available on weekends and public holidays to ensure your service runs smoothly and there is a point of contact in the case your needs change.

In designing your service CLA will work in partnership with you, your family and your support network to ensure that we fit seamlessly into your lifestyle and routine.
