Community Lifestyles Agency Inc. was formed in 1989 and incorporated in July 1990, providing a range of individuals and their families
with service delivery support.
Community Lifestyles Agency Inc. is proud to employ skills, knowledge and expertise from the local region. In fact, we are proud to be one of the larger employers in the region, AND growing.
We are a not-for-profit organisation, funded by various Government funding, including NDIS. Funding is all individualised to provide support on a needs-based approach, thus enabling staff to cater to our Clients personal needs as necessary (i.e. 1 hour per day or 24 hours per day).
As an organisation our vision and mission underpin ALL our actions. From our Support Workers to Management, we create opportunities for these guiding principles to come to life.
Community Lifestyles Agency Inc. has been operational in the caring sector for the past thirty-plus years; with over two hundred staff and significant insight into our industry, we are passionate about our clients and their welfare. We bring to the market experience!
We have family values; some of our staff have family members with a disability, we started this way and remain this way with a focus on being innovative for our industry., after all, we were here before NDIS!
We serve our community, which is why we have chosen to remain as a Not-for-Profit Organisation so we can focus on what is important - you, our client.
Here we think outside the box with an individual approach. NDIS service is not a one size fits all and we work to solve individual problems, issues and barriers to support you and your individual needs.
We are ahead of the game, watching, learning and forecasting so families don't have to. This brings an edge to our service and a focus on quality not seen anywhere else.

2021 for CLA was a big year. We purchased a new building however this building needed renovations to become our dream home. Our dream
building included a space that was useable, modern and multi-functional however was also both welcoming and accessible to all.
Total Fit Outs Wide Bay were engaged to make this dream become a reality and that's exactly what they did.
Our building was initially an outdated space that was in need of a big facelift. Our space now is a fully accessible building that is our
office space, meeting space, participants space along with our social enterprise, Cloud129.
