Your enthusiasm and reliability will be key in these varied roles, as you support and assist people with disabilities in a range of personal care and/or support tasks to encourage full participation in the community.
This will include assisting service users to participate and make choices in community activities, maintaining normal daily routines and activities and providing personal care assistance when necessary.

All successful candidates will be required to work on an on-call basis, with a roster that operates over a twenty-four hour and seven day a week period. This will provide you with fantastic flexible working arrangements with a majority of sleepovers, day or support shifts, therefore you must be very reliable in your attendance and nomination of shifts.
